I wanted to understand what all the fuss was about. (Also, I think I was into Russian authors at the time.) So, I got the book from the library. It was thus that I made my shocking discovery.
Lolita is boring. Really, really boring. Lolita has one virtue -- it is short. Even so, it was a struggle to finish.
