Ghost Lights is Seanan McGuire's March 2022 Patreon reward. This is (in terms of bulk) one of her less substantial Patreon rewards -- a mere 15 pages. But that is not a complaint. It's a delightful little story.
In general, I like McGuire's ghost stories a lot. Her ghosts are not scary, as a rule. Often they are joyful and compassionate, and being dead, have more freedom than the living. (Not always true -- as readers of her Ghost Roads series know, McGuire's ghosts may be bound in complicated and burdensome ways.)
The ghost of Ghost Lights are ghosts of people who were passionate about the theatre, and what they do when Broadway shuts down for the Covid pandemic.
