Mean and Mighty is Seanan McGuire's September 2021 Patreon story. It is Tybalt story #15. About 17 years have passed since the last Tybalt story, when he lifted a curse from the land of Armorica and became King of Cats there. Mean and Mighty is about his ward Rozenn and his relationship with her. They have grown closer in their years of living together, to the point where the book begins with her turfing him out of bed.
The story itself has little action. It is mainly talk, an excuse for musings on the relationships between fairies (such as Tybalt) and changelings (such as Rozenn). Nothing much happens and nothing important gets resolved.
